Prahlad Sukhtankar his wife Sabreen, own the award-winning restaurant, The Black Sheep Bistro, consistently ranked among Top 50 Restaurants of India among other accolades. Prahlad is an alumnus of Les-Roches, Switzerland and a certified Wine sommelier from the International Sommelier Guild. He is currently Goa Chapter Head for the National Restaurant Association of India and on the Managing Committee for NRAI’s all India board.
